For three years they were the headline band in City West Hotel at their Christmas Extravaganza while we also entertained the former Taoiseach ( Bertie..) at his own personal private Christmas party on four occasions and booked again on 6th December last year, albeit only as a TD ! They went out for the 11th time to Bermuda last November year where we are the only festival band at the World Rugby Classic - its president John Kane ( an Irishman now Irish consul on the island ) was awarded an MBE March 2006 in Buckingham Palace by Prince Charles - the Queen was in Australia - for his services to tourism … rather than for bringing out the band 10 times ! We have been fortunate to have performed at many high profiled weddings and events to date including Ronan O’Gara’s wedding July 2006 down in Cork (Sheraton) as well as Irish professional golfer Gary Murphy ( this was staged in the Portmarnock Golf & Country Club ) and the 80th birthday celebrations of Christy O’Connor Senior
